Stan Farber is an Ottawa native and former Senior Counsel with the Department of Justice. He is a 2nd Generation Holocaust survivor, his father having been hidden in Poland by a close Russian friend and then fighting with the Jewish resistance. He believes it vital to tell his father’s story of survival, putting names to numbers of those lost in the Holocaust, including his father’s family.
