Rosalyn Fremeth has volunteered with many of Ottawa’s community organizations. While her children were young, she volunteered at Hillel Academy. Along with her husband Steven, she participated in the inception of Congregation Beth Shalom West, now Beit Tikvah, and co-chaired the 1997 Mission to Israel. She has canvassed for the United Jewish Appeal and chaired the Jewish Federation of Ottawa’s Women’s Division and other campaign events. She was the chair of Hillel Lodge Auxiliary and served on the executive and board of Hillel Lodge.
